Each board is hand crafted in London using solid European Oak and 100% nonporous white Corian, pressed together with a special waterproof adhesive. The board is carefully sanded and soaked in olive oil for two days to seal the wood. 


Oak side 
Ideal for cutting bread, cheese, fruit or vegetables


Corian side 
Ideal for preparing fish, poultry and meats


Care tips
Re-oil occasionally to help protect the Oak. Avoid dishwasher if possible. Can be freshly sanded down after lots of use.
