FireBelly and Global Accounting Network have been working together since 2017. Initially it was a brand & website project bundled in one, but as time progressed and other projects or initiatives were started, the relationship is now an ongoing creative service and delivered on a regular basis.
Global has a number of challenges stemming from two key areas. Like all recruiters, they need to find talented people to fill bespoke roles, so appealing to both candidates and clients is key to all and any marketing communication.

ADVOCATES FOR DIVERSITY
A key challenge is around diversity in the workplace. Global’s clients are observing the benefits of having a blended workforce; men, women, different races and languages, different sexual orientations etc... and most importantly not discriminating during the recruitment process.
FireBelly created a colourful and vibrant brand identity that could be evolved or adjusted to visualise different workplace or recruitment stories. We wanted to demonstrate that everyday objects could act as metaphors for teams, people, diversity, new perspectives, humour and more... The brand ‘patterns’ give the brand identity it’s own diverse image, leveraging and including various objects and ideas.
The message; we understand that being different or diverse can be your biggest advantage.
The rebrand, new identity and website has given the team at Global an injection of energy and pride. Candidates can search and apply for jobs through the website, and via the easy-to-use CMS all jobs and applicants can be managed in-house. The current team can be profiled, regular blogs posted and site performance analysed.
Recently, Global have opened up new offices in Atlanta, expanding their global reach. Overall, the rebrand has improved candidate retention, client relationships and helped grow the business.
